xking Terms & Conditions — Rules for All Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the legal agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and xking ("Platform," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of the xking website at xking.vu and all related services provided through it.

• Identity verification fails or submitted documents are found to be falsified.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been filed by the player with their bank or payment provider.

In cases of suspension pending investigation, xking will freeze account balances until the investigation is concluded. Where a violation is confirmed, balances may be forfeited. Where no violation is found, the account will be restored and balances released.

xking provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, technical faults, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or third-party service disruptions.

xking is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from a player's own decisions, including bet placements, stake sizes, or failure to read and understand applicable game rules before playing.

Under no circumstances will xking's total liability to any individual player exceed the amount held in that player's account balance at the time the claim arises.
